Able to measure, cut and replace wood finishes.
- Repair and replace door finishes and hardware.
- Maintain (paint, stains, wallpaper, etc.) all public and guest room finishes on an on-going basis.
- Keep the hotel decor in good condition.
- Clean all work areas after completing job.
- Fill out Daily Work form.
- Have a thorough understanding of Omni's fire alarm procedures and other emergencies.
- Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotel rules and regulations.
- Complete Work requests in Synergy daily.
- Have the knowledge and ability to use the proper equipment and tools.
- Have a thorough understanding of Omni's fire alarm procedures and other emergencies.
- Answer all guest and associate related Synergy requests
- Assist with Capital improvement projects.
- Property improvement projects
