To ensure smooth operations and excellence in execution, we’re hiring a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager & Operations Coordinator.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Team & Task Management**:

- Assign tasks to team members based on their roles and skills, and ensure timely completion.
- Monitor the performance of staff to ensure work is completed to the highest standards.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal team coordination.
- Organize and oversee daily operations, ensuring all activities run smoothly.

**Client & Lead Management**:

- Follow up with clients, leads, and team members to maintain strong communication and relationships.
- Handle client queries, updates, and feedback with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Support the sales team in managing client proposals and presentations.

**Operational Oversight**:

- Direct video shoots, ensuring that the creative vision and client expectations are met.
- Ensure office equipment, supplies, and infrastructure are well-maintained and functional.
- Track and manage daily expenses, keeping accurate records for financial reporting.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Maintain a perfectionist approach in overseeing all work, ensuring top-notch output for clients.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure all processes are followed and goals are achieved.
- Foster a culture of accountability, organization, and high-quality delivery among team members.

**Sales & Financial Management**:

- Coordinate with the sales team to track leads, close deals, and meet revenue targets.
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and suggest cost-effective solutions for operations.

**Skills & Qualifications**

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in task management tools and software (e.g., Notion, Trello, or similar).
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise with clients and the team effectively.
- Attention to detail and a perfectionist mindset to maintain quality standards.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in operations or office management roles.
- Familiarity with digital marketing workflows and team dynamics.
- Basic knowledge of video production processes is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
