Need 2 Patient Care Executives(will decide the designation later)

Location: Adyar

Key Responsibilities:
1. *Patient Reception and Guidance:*
- Warmly welcome patients and ensure a pleasant experience from entry to exit.
- Provide detailed explanations of the billing procedure, assist with required support if any

2. *Scanning Procedure Assistance:*
- Guide patients through the scanning process, explaining each step and ensuring they understand the procedure.
- Coordinate with medical technicians to ensure smooth and efficient scanning operations.

3. *Emotional Support:*
- Offer emotional support and reassurance to patients who may be anxious or worried about their procedures.
- Utilize psychology background to provide effective stress-relief strategies and coping upnwith anxiety

4. *Patient Care Coordination:*
- Act as a liaison between patients and internal staffs, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
- Assist patients in completing complete scanning/test procedures

5. *Continuous Support:*
- Provide continuous support to patients throughout their visit, from initial reception to the completion of their scan.
- Ensure all patient needs are met, addressing any concerns promptly and effectively till they receive the reports if any

Qualifications:

- *Education:*
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field is preferred.
- Additional qualifications in healthcare administration or medical background are advantageous.
- *Experience:*
- *Skills and Attributes:*
- Pleasant demeanor and professional appearance.
- Decent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic, caring, and patient-focused.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with composure.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Volunteer

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
