**IT & D**:
POSITION DUTIES
- Partner with IS team members and business end users across the SCP area in identifying long-term view. Collaboration with Global/Area/Local partners will be required to ensure alignment with IS strategies.
- End to end understanding of Kinaxis Rapid Response tool, it’s data models and design to lead large projects as Solution architect
- Knowledge the Agile methodology (SAFe) to work properly in our organization
- Lead Kinaxis system design as Solution Architect, to be able to drive changes, testing and documentation for the link between Kinaxis RR and the other systems.
- Lead Kinaxis system design as Solution Architect, to be able to drive changes, testing and documentation for every improvement requested in Kinaxis RR.
- Monitor, analyse, and recommend enhancements to Kinaxis systems.
- As IT Lead are scoped, participate in the effort to identify potential solutions, including: hardware considerations, purchased software options, internal software and development options and corporate hardware/software policy and direction.
- Collaborate with technical teams to determine technical design, development activities and manage deliverables. Ensure that projects follow Reckitt’s project management and validation methodologies.
- Ensure that all system security and control procedures are implemented and followed per change and incident Management Reckitt protocols.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE- Experience of working in a fast paced Supply/IT environment
- Practical experience of leading projects for implementing Supply planning systems as Kinaxis.
- Degree or equivalent in a relevant field (Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, etc.)
- Experience of working in a truly global enterprise
- Ability to establish meaningful business relationships both internal and external business partners
- Project Management and the ability to consistently managing deadlines and planning tasks across multiple resources and work streams.
- Practical experience of working within Agile project management teams (better if SAFe)
