Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer at FOID, you will be responsible for crafting visually compelling designs that align with our brand and marketing objectives. You will create magazine layouts, catalogs, brochures, infographics, video content, and social media creatives while working closely with marketing and content teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation**:

- Develop high-quality graphic designs for various projects, including magazines, catalogs, brochures, infographics, and social media content.
- Create digital ads, social media posts, banners, and advertising campaigns optimized for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Design engaging video content, including motion graphics, animated text, and video editing using After Effects and video editing software.
- **Tool Proficiency**:

- Use Adobe Illustrator to design vector-based illustrations, logos, and infographics.
- Edit and manipulate photos with Adobe Photoshop to create visually appealing assets.
- Design print-ready layouts for catalogs, brochures, and magazines using Adobe InDesign.
- Leverage After Effects for creating motion graphics and animations to enhance video content.
- Utilize AI tools to streamline design processes and create personalized content.
- **Brand Consistency**:

- Ensure all designs adhere to the brand’s visual identity and guidelines, maintaining a consistent look and feel across all materials.
- Work with the marketing team to align designs with specific campaigns, ensuring each piece drives engagement and meets project goals.
- **Collaboration & Feedback**:

- Present design concepts to clients or internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback into revisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, content) to execute on design projects and campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.
- **File Preparation & Delivery**:

- Prepare design files for print and digital distribution, ensuring all files meet technical specifications (e.g., color profiles, resolutions, formats).
- Optimize designs for web, print, and mobile platforms.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong design skills with an understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
- Experience in video editing and motion graphics using After Effects or similar tools.
- Experience creating magazines, catalogs, brochures, infographics, and social media creatives.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in both print and digital formats.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with **AI-driven design tools** and automation.
- Knowledge of web design principles and **UI/UX design**.
- Familiarity with **Adobe XD**, **Sketch**, or other prototyping tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
