**Job Title**: Pentester - Security Consultant

**A day in the life of a Redfox Security pen tester**:

- Perform external and internal penetration tests
- Create and deliver penetration test reports
- Create remediation strategies that will help improve clients' security posture.

**Other important tasks you'll partake in include**:

- Research and Development of Innovative Techniques, Tools, and Methodologies for Penetration Testing Services
- Assist in developing and documenting internal, technical, and service processes and procedures
- Develop tools, presentations, white papers, blogs and courses for the community and conferences.

**Experience**
- Experience with Application Security, Infrastructure Pen Testing and Red Teaming
- Familiarity with offensive and defensive IT concepts
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows administration

**If you have any of the below, that would be a plus**:

- Programming experience with one or more of these languages: Ruby, Python, Perl, C, C++, Java or C#.
- Strong network protocols and design knowledge is required
- Strong communication and writing abilities.
- Certifications are good but not needed - OSEP, CRTE, CRTO and other AppSec Certifications
