*About the Role*
- We are seeking an Academic Coordinator to oversee curriculum planning and teaching quality at Eurokids Jalgaon. The role involves supporting teachers, ensuring academic excellence, and creating a joyful learning environment for young children.

*Key Responsibilities*
- Plan and implement preschool curriculum.

Guide and mentor teachers in lesson planning and classroom practices.

Monitor learning outcomes and developmental milestones.

Organize teacher training, events, and academic activities.

Maintain communication with parents and management.

*Requirements*
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Early Childhood Education or related field.

Experience in curriculum planning/teaching in preschool.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Passion for early childhood education.
