**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Instruction**:

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in English language and literature to students.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, creative writing, essay writing, and oral communication skills.
- Introduce students to classic and contemporary literary works.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
- Use creative and innovative teaching techniques, including technology and multimedia resources.
- **Student Assessment**:

- Evaluate student progress through quizzes, tests, assignments, projects, and oral presentations.
- Provide constructive feedback and strategies for improvement.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Maintain discipline and manage classroom behavior effectively.
- **Communication**:

- Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to ensure a holistic learning experience.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on best practices, new teaching techniques, and changes in the English curriculum.
- Attend workshops, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities.
- **Extracurricular Activities**:

- Organize and participate in activities such as debates, speech contests, and book clubs to enhance students' language and communication skills.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Literature, Linguistics, or related fields.
- **Teaching Certification**:

- Relevant teaching certification or licensure as per state or national regulations.
- **Experience**:

- Previous teaching experience in English language and/or literature is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong command of the English language (both spoken and written).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Creative teaching techniques to make learning engaging and enjoyable.
- Familiarity with digital tools and e-learning platforms.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Passion for literature and language with the ability to inspire students.
- Ability to adapt lessons to accommodate varying learning abilities.
- Strong classroom management and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
