**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and deliver engaging and effective lectures and course materials for undergraduate business courses, with a focus on the BBA program.
- Utilize innovative teaching methods to promote student learning and engagement.
- Advise and mentor undergraduate students.
- Contribute to departmental activities, including curriculum development and committee work.
- Maintain high standards of academic integrity and professionalism.

**Qualifications**
- Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance, or a valid UGC NET qualification in a relevant management field.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the undergraduate level (preferred).
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
