**Your key responsibilities**

The following are typically some of the tasks for which an ITAO is responsible for:

- Plan and Manage Application events and Database Events monitoring using Bank wide standard monitoring tools.
- Plan and manage Application user access related tasks.
- Plan for Application Hardware / Software / License upgrades or migration activities to align to the compliant platforms.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Maintenance & Monitoring of Application/Environment Access levels for all the relevant teams in the Application life cycle phases
- Identifying and managing technical projects necessary to ensure required and established service levels are maintained.
- Managing strategic capacity, consumption and performance management (Forecast and management based on business plans).
- Ensuring policy-compliance for dB RAMM, SOX, ASG, ISP, Audit.
- Managing software licenses, security certificates and contracts with service providers.
- Manage technical projects necessary to ensure required and established service levels are maintained.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders including the Audit and Risk leads, Application vendors, Development, Deployment, DevOps, Testing and Production Management team members and project & program managers
- Steering, overseeing and delivering the design and development of industrialization solutions into the production support teams for operations and monitoring.
- Performing reviews for all technical changes in close collaboration with Development/DevOps team representatives (both business and IT).
- Assisting with DevOps objectives of configuration/monitoring/packaging/deployment automations.
- Identifying, documenting and communicating risks and issues discovered during delivery cycles.
- Participating in meetings with business and development, production support teams on product enhancement and development planning calls, evaluate and coordinate production incidents escalations.
- Coordinate with Risk and Control Program & Transformation lead to ensure all the necessary RnC items are addressed on time with resolutions there by mainlining the Application and Infra health status Green.
- Good understanding of the SDLCs and current IT trends in managing Projects.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across various levels of stakeholders.
- Open minded and willing to learn business and technology.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment with multiple requirements.
- Ability to manage the expectations of stakeholders and also set expectation with clear milestones and target dates to achieve.
- Passion about sharing knowledge and best practice.
- Ability to work in virtual teams and in weak matrix organizations across geographic locations.
- Project management skills are must.
- Fluent in English (written/verbal)

**Specific Technology Skills**
- Minimum 7-9 years of work experience in IT
- Knowledge about ITIL framework. Certification will be a plus.
- Experience in Banking and Finance domain would be an advantage.
- Experience with SDLC framework
- Database knowledge (Oracle, Hadoop, MongoDB etc.)
- Experience with audit and compliance
- Knowledge about Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) or any cloud certification
- Understanding of Continuous Integration and Deployment DevOps Tools such as GIT, Maven, Artifactory, Jenkins, Teamcity, Puppet, BladeLogic etc.,
- Experienced with: Java Server Technology, ANT, continuous integration and dev ops tools will be a plus.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
- Good communication and excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience with working multiple stakeholders with excellent coordination skills.
- Experience in creating solution roadmaps and plan with periodic governance status reporting and monitoring.
