**What You'll Do**:
- Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to discover and engage top talent for our Global teams across North America, EMEA, and APAC regions.
- Research market trends for company mapping and present detailed findings to stakeholders on an as-needed basis.
- Work on ad-hoc projects involving research on talent mapping across Navan's competitors.
**What We're Looking For**:
- 1-3 years of experience in developing sourcing strategies alongside Recruiters and Hiring Managers within an in-house recruiting team.
- Experience in sourcing and hiring globally, including in India.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and talent research.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
