As a Coding Teacher, your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver effective coding and programming education to students of various ages and skill levels. You will create a dynamic and engaging learning environment that fosters students' interest in coding and helps them develop practical coding skills. Your role involves curriculum development, lesson planning, teaching, and student assessment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Development**:Design, update, and adapt coding curriculum based on industry trends, programming languages, and educational standards.
Develop projects, exercises, and assignments that align with learning objectives and progressively challenge students' abilities.

**Lesson Planning**:Create well-structured lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and experience levels.
Incorporate a variety of teaching methods, resources, and technologies to enhance the learning experience.

**Instruction and Delivery**:Facilitate coding classes in-person or online, ensuring an interactive and supportive classroom environment.
Present coding concepts clearly, provide real-world examples, and encourage hands-on coding practice.

**Student Engagement**:Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration.
Address individual learning needs and provide additional support when necessary.

**Assessment and Feedback**:Design assessments, quizzes, and projects to evaluate students' understanding and progress.
Provide constructive feedback on coding assignments, helping students improve their coding skills and problem-solving abilities.

**Stay Current with Industry Trends**:Continuously update your knowledge of programming languages, software development practices, and emerging technologies.
Incorporate industry best practices into your teaching materials and discussions.

**Parent and Stakeholder Communication**:Maintain regular communication with parents, guardians, and school administrators regarding students' progress, achievements, and any concerns.

**Professional Development**:Attend workshops, seminars, and conferences to enhance your teaching skills and stay updated on educational trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proficiency in various programming languages, such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or others relevant to the curriculum.
- Prior teaching experience, whether in formal classrooms, workshops, or online platforms.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Patience and adaptability to work with students of diverse skill levels and backgrounds.
- Ability to create engaging learning materials and effectively explain complex concepts.
- Familiarity with educational technologies, learning management systems, and online teaching tools.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
