- Assist in preparing **quantity take-offs** and **BOQs** from drawings.
- Support in **cost estimation**, rate analysis, and tender preparation.
- Verify and check **site measurements** for billing and subcontractor work.
- Maintain proper **documentation** of quantities, materials, and site progress.
- Assist in **material reconciliation** and tracking project costs.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for accurate reporting.
- Ensure correct interpretation of **construction drawings and specifications**.
- Assist in preparing **monthly bills, running bills, and final bills**.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Knowledge of **civil construction methods and materials**.
- Ability to **read and understand drawings**

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
