Sales Coordinator

Process customer inquiries and orders accurately in the system.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with relevant departments for restocking as needed.
- Respond to customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update customer records, including contact details, order history, and feedback.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers and provide support during and after the sales process.
- Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to track team performance and identify trends.
- Coordinate sales meetings, schedules, and appointments.
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns.
- Liaise with the finance department to ensure accurate invoicing and payment collection.
- Communicate with technical teams to address customer-specific requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation of all sales-related activities.
- Handle correspondence with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Prepare periodic sales reports for management review.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
