**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Labware ELN and CDS systems to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Empower with existing systems and workflows.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and performance.
- Monitor system performance and optimize configurations to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all system implementations.
- Participate in project planning and management to deliver solutions on time and within budget.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system enhancements.
- Provide recommendations for system improvements based on industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Support data migration and integration efforts to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to resolve technical issues and implement new features.

**Qualifications**
- Possess strong technical skills in Labware LIMS Labware ELN CDS and Empower.
- Demonstrate experience in the Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains is highly desirable.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex technical challenges.
- Show proficiency in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and support end-users.
- Display the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
