**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Bachelor's degree (English Honours preferred)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Prior experience in an executive assistant or secretary role is a plus
