We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic social media Executive to join our team. You will be responsible managing day-to-day company’s social media posts. Your passion for social media as a communications tool will result in the adoption and implementation of social media best practices across all social media channels.**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Developing social media content that are consistent with the company’s brand identity
- Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement
- Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.
- Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
- Performing other duties when needed.
- Assume the responsibility for crafting online reviews and responding to the user
- Take a customer-focused approach to handle complaints and escalations.
- Strong follow-up required on all the assigned cases.
- Provide resolution within the framed timelines.

**Requirements and skills**:

- 1 or more years of Proven working experience in social media
- Positive attitude and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge and understanding of Social Media Platforms and user sentiments would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of social media Tools (added advantage).
- Proficient in Written English, should be able to come up with immediate creative responses.
