BMC TSOM/BHOM Administrator (L2 Resource)

- Unix Admin
- ITIL Frame work
- Hand on exp. : Ansible, Puppet, Tanium
- Networking Basics for Troubleshooting
- Event & Incident Mgmt.
- Patching & Version Upgrades
- Provide L1 / L2 operational support on TrueSight (TSOM), BHOM, as per agreed SLAs
- Implement, Customize, and configure BMC products.
- Maintain TSOM Application platform availability as per agreed availability commitment
- Working knowledge of latest version of BMC Products, various migration tools along with BMC Helix.
- Working knowledge of SaaS, Cloud Technologies and various Integrations
- Working Knowledge of TrueSight Ops Management, Patrol, TrueSight
- Ability to work with significant deadlines for SRE & DevOps projects.
- Working knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, DBFS, etc.
- Provide L1/L2 operational support on BPPM/TrueSight, BMC Server Automation, as per agreed SLAs
- Experience in L2 Support, Administration and Development is essential.
- Maintain BPPM/TruesSight platform availability as per agreed availability

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
