**Overview**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Learning new design techniques and tools to level up your skills.
- Turning boring wireframes into visually stunning designs.
- Creating designs that make our competitors green with envy.
- Making sure every pixel is perfect (seriously, we're obsessed).
- Bringing your creativity and unique perspective to the table.
- Participate in design critiques and brainstorming sessions.
- Work on real problem-solving projects to gain practical experience.
- Having fun and achieving your future goals at the same time

**Qualification**
- BDes, MDes, BScIT, MScIT, BCA, MCA or any other relevant degree.

**What will make you stand out to us**
- You must have a passion for creating visually stunning designs. If you don't get excited about color palettes and typography, this may not be the job for you.
- We're looking for someone who can talk the talk and walk the walk. In other words, good communication skills are a must
- We're looking for someone who can think outside the box (or at least think outside the design template). Boring designs need not apply.
- Curiosity is key We want someone who is eager to learn new design techniques and tools. We're all about growth here.
- A positive attitude is a must, even when your designs get rejected for the 100th time. We're a supportive team, but we need someone who can take constructive criticism like a champ.
