**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit short-form reel videos (upto 99 second) for social media platforms.
- Edit long-form videos (4 to 15 minute long) for YouTube and other platforms.
- Enhance video quality by incorporating creative transitions, sound effects, colour grading, and visual effects.
- Work closely with the content team to understand project requirements and deliver videos that align with the brand's tone and objectives.
- Ensure all videos meet quality and platform-specific standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of color grading, audio mixing, and visual effects.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work consistently.
- A portfolio showcasing previous editing work (reels, long-form videos, or personal projects).

**Stipend**:

- ₹50 per short-form reel video (high-quality editing)
- ₹75 per long-form video (high-quality editing)
