Bodhi Vidyalaya is hiring passionate teachers who are aligned with our alternative, nature-based approach to early and primary education. We are looking for individuals committed to nurturing children through developmentally appropriate and creative methods inspired by Steiner, J Krishnamurthi and Aurobindo philosophies.

**Responsibilities**:
**Teaching & Learning**
- Understand and implement Bodhi’s nature-based curriculum and child-centric pedagogy.
- Prepare the classroom and learning environment in line with the philosophy and methodology.
- Facilitate learning by building authentic and caring relationships with children.
- Support children’s cognitive, emotional, and social development through age-appropriate and meaningful activities.
- Encourage expression and exploration through storytelling, free play, artistic mediums, nature walks, and rhythm-based routines.

**Classroom & Child Development**
- Create and maintain a warm, orderly, and aesthetically pleasing classroom environment.
- Foster essential social and life skills through circle time, routines, and group activities.
- Observe and document developmental progress of children.
- Ensure the emotional safety and overall well-being of each child.

**School Ethos & Teamwork**
- Collaborate closely with other teachers and school leadership to co-create a vibrant school culture.
- Participate in festivals, school events, and teacher development workshops.
- Uphold and model school values of reverence, empathy, and intentionality.
- Contribute actively to team meetings, feedback circles, and ongoing learning initiatives.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Deep love and respect for children and childhood.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Interest or experience in artistic practices (drawing, painting, storytelling, music, performing arts).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team with flexibility and enthusiasm.
- Prior teaching experience preferred. Open to freshers aligned with the school’s vision.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
