**Role & responsibilities**
- Instruction design of interactive E-learning course development based on customer requirements
- Create high-level course structure after analysing base content.
- Prepare content on selected topics
- Create detailed storyboard to visualise the learning module including contents, instructional graphics, the user interface, script and the finished product.
- Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer of skill and knowledge
- Work with team or work independently to develop basic to high level interactive eLearning courses using standard software tools
- Design and develop engaging eLearning courses using various training modalities including, but not limited to mobile, on-line, video and via other broad reach medium
- Do project management of course development projects including planning, execution, reporting and meeting timelines.
- Do quality assurance of developed contents, review and make changes, as necessary.
- In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
- Knowledge of standard Learning Management System
- Lesson and curriculum planning skills
- Expert level knowledge and experience in developing course objects using e learning development tools
- Good presentation, oral and written communication & facilitation skills.
- Ability to write effectively, instructional text, audio and video scripts

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹20,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 4 per week
