Job Overview:
As a Delivery Boy in the dairy industry, you will be responsible for delivering dairy products to our customers in a timely and professional manner. You will ensure that products are handled safely and meet our quality standards. Excellent customer service and adherence to delivery schedules are key components of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Delivery Operations**:

- Load and unload dairy products from the delivery vehicle.
- Deliver products to assigned routes and customers according to the delivery schedule.
- Verify the accuracy of delivery orders and ensure proper handling of products to maintain quality.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide courteous and professional service to customers at delivery points.
- Address any customer inquiries or issues related to deliveries in a timely manner.
- Collect payments or obtain signatures as required and handle any discrepancies.
- **Vehicle Maintenance**:

- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the delivery vehicle.
- Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs to the Delivery Supervisor.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures while driving and handling products.
- Ensure the delivery vehicle is equipped with necessary safety and emergency equipment.
- Follow company policies and procedures related to the handling and delivery of dairy products.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Complete delivery documentation, including logs and invoices.
- Report any delivery issues, delays, or customer feedback to the Delivery Supervisor.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and any related transactions.

Working Conditions:

- Part-time position with potential for overtime.
- May require early morning hours.
- On-the-job travel to customer locations and company facilities.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 4 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:
