Experience working with NEET aspirants or in the field of medical education would be an advantage. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and other stakeholders. Strong listening skills, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students are essential. - Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess students' needs, identify challenges, and develop practical solutions to support their academic and career goals. - Commitment to upholding ethical standards, confidentiality, and professionalism in all interactions with students and parents. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Leave encashment - Paid sick time Schedule: - Morning shift Supplemental Pay: - Performance bonus **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - total work: 1 year (preferred) - Counselling: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
