**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans to effectively prepare students for the NCLEX exam
- Provide individualized instruction and support to students
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed
- Collaborate with other instructors to ensure consistency in curriculum delivery
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance
- Stay current on NCLEX exam trends and updates

Skills Required:

- Strong leadership skills to effectively guide and motivate students
- Strategic planning abilities to develop comprehensive lesson plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
