Site Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Site Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day on-site activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with the project manager, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

2. **Quality Control**:

- Monitor and inspect work progress to ensure adherence to design plans, specifications, and quality requirements.
- Identify and address any issues or deviations promptly to maintain project quality.

3. **Schedule Management**:

- Develop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with the project manager.
- Monitor progress against timelines and take corrective actions as needed to ensure on-time project completion.

4. **Resource Management**:

- Manage on-site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to the site.

5. **Problem Resolution**:

- Proactively identify and resolve on-site challenges and issues to prevent delays and disruptions.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to find practical and timely solutions.

6. **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of on-site activities, including daily reports, work progress, and any incidents.
- Ensure that all necessary documentation is complete and up-to-date.

**Qualifications**:
1. **Education**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

2. **Experience**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction or interior design industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing on-site activities for interior design projects.

3. **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.

5. **Other Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel to project sites within the region.
- Valid driver’s license.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
