**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Editing**: Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos, including but not limited to, social media clips, advertisements, promotional videos, and long-form content.
- **Storytelling**: Work with the creative team to understand the vision and narrative of each project, ensuring videos align with the client's branding and objectives.
- **Content Optimization**: Adapt video content for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn), ensuring format and specifications are met for each platform.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and social media managers to ensure brand consistency across all media.
- **Asset Management**: Organize and maintain video libraries, ensuring easy access to raw footage and completed projects.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in video editing, social media, and industry best practices to ensure content remains innovative and engaging.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably in a digital marketing or social media-focused role.
- **Software Proficiency**: Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools. Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools is a plus.
- **Portfolio**: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video editing projects, with an emphasis on social media content.

**Skills**:

- Excellent sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
- Strong understanding of color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- **Creative Mindset**: Ability to think outside the box and suggest innovative ideas for video content that engages audiences.
- **Communication**: Strong communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
