**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads and databases.
- Explain real estate projects, property details, amenities, pricing, and offers to clients.
- Generate leads and maintain client interest through effective follow-up calls.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits for interested clients.
- Maintain a record of customer interactions, inquiries, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Handle inbound calls, resolve customer queries, and provide accurate information.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients for repeat business.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into successful sales.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
