**Short Description**:
To assist in executing, managing and measuring corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs aligned with Hero MotoCorp Ltd. policy and the rules laid down by government of India in the assigned location of operation

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute CSR program aligned with overall business strategy and plan activities according to overall plan for areas around the location
- Build awareness and enhance brand visibility of HMCL brand as a socially responsible one & represent the company internally & externally at key business & CSR forums at the location of operation
- To ensure CSR activities are completed as per allocated budget
- To work with an approved NGO partner, travel to the project location for monitoring the program on close basis & give feedback accordingly
- Create a CSR calendar & dashboard for the location, drive campaign to improve employee CSR engagement, measure project performance & prepare CSR report
