**Job Title**: DM Implementation (Smart Cities)
- **Reporting Relationship**: Senior PM
- **Responsibilities**:

- Prepare roll-out plan for deployment & operationalization of equipment.
- Responsible for implementation for overall Surveillance and ITMS solution as per the associated timelines.
- Responsible for all the delivery and commissioning signoffs required as per the project contract requirements.
- Bring in leading international best practices required to execute the Surveillance and ITMS project and ensures on-time deliveries on the field.
- Responsible for the clearances and signoff for the Site Surveys, installation activities done and integration signed off in the assigned area/zone.
- Responsible for all the costing and revenue booking for the task completed on month on month basis.
- Expert in risk management and contingency planning to continue moving forward onto project in the defined cost and timeline even when roadblocks occur.
- Shoulddevelop effective ways to measure and analyze the project’s progress. Common strategies for documenting a project include data collection and verbal and written status reports.
- Day to day coordination and communication with all the stakeholders of the project i.e. Customer, Government Authorities, Local bodies, Program director and associated partners and vendors.
- Should have a basis understanding of the quality of implementation and materials for site works and ensure regular inspections so that standard processes and quality is maintained.
- To ensure the smooth operations of sites once Go-Live.
