Data Entry Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately enter and process medical data and patient information.
- Verify accuracy and completeness of information provided and follow up with necessary parties to obtain missing information
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other privacy regulations
- Work closely with other members of the Accessioning Team to meet daily and weekly goals
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise in the data entry process and communicate them to the appropriate parties
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all data entry activities
- Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on process improvements
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the Lab Manager or other senior staff members

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry, preferably in a medical or laboratory setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and laboratory processes preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

**Salary**: ₹14,229.29 - ₹16,416.12 per month
