**What we're looking for**

We are looking for a Talk buddy to be responsible for evaluating and improving users' health and wellness. This is a contract basis position of 3-6 hours shift. This role will give you an incredible opportunity to be constantly inquisitive to analyze user data and behavior.

**What we’ll accomplish together**:

- Manage Inbound and Outbound Messages via Internal Tool.
- Establish effective user relationships to provide optimal user solutions
- Perform assessments, testing, and evaluation
- Complete all necessary documentation in an accurate and timely manner
- Ensure all services are completed according to relevant ethical and professional standards of care

- A degree in counseling psychology.
- Previous experience working with users/clients.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Empathy and sensitivity when dealing with users.
- Highly analytical mindset.
