**Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities**

Engage with relevant stakeholders in understanding Business Continuity requirements and solutions for various business processes.

Coordinate for development and establishment of Business Continuity Plans and Procedures for various business units based on business impact analysis.

Identify risks to business continuity, plan mitigation actions and engage regularly with stakeholders to review and track progress on BCP activities.

Assist relevant stakeholders and Management in the development of Business Continuity Plans and Procedures and provide regular updates on progress to the Management and Business Continuity Committee.

Engage with relevant stakeholders to ensure business and regulatory requirements are adhered to in the Business Continuity Plans.

Coordinate routine updates to detailed information in the Business Continuity Procedures like contact lists, asset requirements/specifications, vital records, scheduled activities, business updates etc.

Coordinate with facilities team on seat planning both for Mumbai and Pune

Ensure Business Continuity Documents are reviewed and updated on an ongoing basis (frequency as agreed with stakeholders)

Ensure distribution and access to all vital BCP documentations to relevant stakeholders by maintaining the same in secured shared drives.

Ensure all stakeholders and business units are aware of the Business Continuity Plans and what is expected from them when the same has to be executed.

Ensure periodic review and audit of the Business Continuity Plans and related documentations, to identify and highlight potential areas of amendment and improvements basis changing business needs.

Involve and work with business unit management and stakeholders to enhance/modify continuity plans.

Lead and conduct table top exercise for key stakeholders at Mumbai Hub

Engage with technology and other stakeholders to ensure periodic testing of critical components or procedures; either annually or when any significant changes are made to those components or procedures; in addition support simulation, fire drill exercises and call tree tests.

Documenting and reporting the results and observations of annual tests and exercises.

Identifying and highlighting potential scope of improvements, if any, basis periodic tests and procedures.

Support all incoming Transitions and act as single point of contact and gatekeeper for Business Continuity governance

Partner with Global Business Continuity Coordinators to ensure Business Continuity compliance of Mumbai Hub to Global Standards of Link Group

Independently support Tech and Operations in reviewing and assessing BAU Risk Mitigants for the processes in Scope

Additional responsibilities may include (not exhaustive) supporting Information Security, Internal and External Audit for Mumbai Hub

Support in MIS and management reporting pertaining to Business Continuity, Audits and other responsibilities

Support in set up of Business Continuity Tool at Link Group (Vendor, In-house Tool or manual approach)

Support Real Estate planning from a Business Continuity Site perspective; may involve partnering with vendors / landlords on an ongoing basis

**Experience & Personal Attributes**

Overall 10 years of experience in the industry out of which at least 2-3 years in Business Continuity

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools like MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point etc

Good at building working and strategic relationship with internal and external stakeholders

Innovative and proactive approach

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent crisis management skills
