Job Title: Marketing Executive-Interiors
Job Summary: As a Marketing Executive in the interiors industry, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales both offline and online. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts across all channels.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Note: Both Offline and Online Marketing
- **Marketing Strategy Development**:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote the company’s interior design services.
- Identify target markets and customer segments to tailor marketing efforts.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- **Offline Marketing**:
- Plan and execute offline marketing activities such as trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Manage relationships with media partners, vendors, and industry influencers.
- Create and distribute marketing materials like brochures, flyers, and press releases.
- Coordinate with sales teams to align offline marketing efforts with sales goals.
- **Online Marketing**:
- Manage the company’s website and social media profiles, ensuring engaging and up-to-date content.
- Analyze digital marketing metrics and provide regular reports on campaign performance.
- Optimize online presence to increase website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- **Content Creation**:
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials.
- Write compelling content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and marketing objectives.
- **Brand Management**:
- Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image and reputation.
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels and materials.
- Develop and execute PR strategies to increase brand visibility.
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Develop customer retention strategies and loyalty programs.
- Manage customer feedback and reviews to improve service and client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and surveys to gather insights on customer preferences and trends.
**Qualifications**:
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the interiors or design industry.
- Strong understanding of both offline and online marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
