The **Billing Executive (Night Shift)** is responsible for preparing, managing, and issuing accurate invoices for goods manufactured and dispatched from the plant. This role ensures timely billing, maintains billing records, coordinates with internal departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and issue invoices based on dispatches and delivery notes.
- Verify sales orders, delivery challans, and supporting documents for billing accuracy.
- Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate billing.
- Maintain and update billing records in ERP or billing software.
- Generate periodic billing and revenue reports for management.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial documentation
