As a Social Media Expert, you will be responsible for managing, creating, and optimizing social media content and strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across various platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with the overall marketing objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and reach.

2. Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

3. Manage and maintain the organization's social media profiles and presence, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with the audience.

4. Monitor social media channels for trending topics, discussions, and relevant conversations to capitalize on opportunities for engagement.

5. Analyze social media metrics and insights to track the performance of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and incorporate them into strategies.

7. Collaborate with other teams such as content creators, designers, and marketing managers to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all social media channels.

8. Explore new social media platforms and opportunities for expansion, keeping the organization at the forefront of social media innovation.

9. Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and sales.

10. Provide regular reports and updates on social media performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

2. Proven experience working in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and content creation.

3. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices for engagement.

4. Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.

5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

7. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content.

8. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

9. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

10. A passion for social media and staying ahead of industry trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹13,179.18 - ₹47,015.05 per month
