**Job Summary**:
The **Barista** is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and beverage items to guests in a professional and friendly manner. This role includes handling coffee equipment, maintaining cleanliness of the workstation, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve coffee beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, cold brews, etc.) and teas according to recipes and quality standards.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment efficiently and safely.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
- Ensure the workstation, machines, and utensils are clean and sanitized at all times.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for drink preparation and presentation.
- Handle payments, issue receipts, and maintain cash register accuracy (if applicable).
- Stock and replenish inventory items such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and napkins.
- Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards (including HACCP and food safety protocols).
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and report them to the supervisor when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Previous barista experience preferred (1+ year) but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and equipment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Good personal hygiene and grooming.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Attention to detail and passion for coffee.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
