**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with teaching staff to identify students with special needs and develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Provide specialized instruction to students with learning disabilities, behavioral disorders, and other special needs.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment for students with special needs.
- Use a variety of teaching techniques to accommodate students' learning styles and abilities.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as necessary.
- Work with parents to ensure that their child's educational needs are being met.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress, attendance, and behavior.
- Communicate effectively with teaching staff and parents about student progress and concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in special education.
- Attend meetings and training sessions as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.
- Experience working with young children with special needs.
- Knowledge of special education laws and regulations.
- Ability to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Patience, creativity, and flexibility in working with students with special needs.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fresher, Internship
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: ₹6,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
