**Role Description**:
1. Develop engaging and creative content for various social media platforms, including text, image, and video content.

2. Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms.

3. Schedule and publish posts on various social media channels.

4. Keep up to date with social media trends and best practices.

5. Actively engage with the organization's social media community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.

6. Prepare regular reports on social media performance using analytics tools.

7. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.

8. Basic graphic design skills or the ability to work with graphic design tools to create visually appealing content.

9. Collaborate with other departments to gather information and content for social media posts.

10. Stay informed about changes in social media algorithms and policies and seek learning opportunities to enhance social media skills.

**Qualifications**:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience in creating and managing content for marketing channels and various social media platforms.

Familiarity with blockchain technology and/or cryptocurrency is a plus.

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.

Understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented approach to content creation and scheduling.

Proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative in proposing and implementing new ideas.

Basic understanding of social media analytics and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

Understanding of professional conduct on social media and the ability to represent the organization in a positive manner.
