- Key Responsibilities:

- **Curriculum Development and Implementation**:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lessons that stimulate learning and development.
- **Childcare and Caregiving**:

- Provide basic care and attention to the children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- **Assessment and Observation**:

- Observe children's interactions and learning styles.
- Assess children's progress and identify areas where they may need additional support.
- Maintain records of children's development and progress.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Communicate regularly with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and development.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members to plan and coordinate activities.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment.
- Manage student behavior and promote positive interactions.
- **Skills and Qualities**:

- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
