**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct audits of financial records and operational processes.
- Assist in the preparation and finalization of financial statements as per statutory requirements.
- Handle day-to-day accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation laws, and other regulations.
- Support in preparing tax returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and liaising with tax authorities.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to meet deadlines and ensure the accuracy of deliverables.
- Maintain documentation and prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in auditing or accounting roles preferred.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, and Income Tax laws.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
