We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic UI/UX Designer to join our team as a Fresher. As a UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with our design and development teams to create engaging, user-centric experiences for our digital products. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with mínimal experience to kickstart their career in the dynamic field of UI/UX design.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Assist in the development of design guidelines and standards to maintain consistency across products.
- Communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and team members.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing projects or coursework in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
- Basic understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of UI/UX design.
