Production Supervisor

JD- Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing a team of staff & workers, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining quality standards, and meeting production targets. Ensure the execution of daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to meet targets and deadlines.
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
Implement corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
Analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Plan and allocate manpower according to production schedules and requirements.
Optimize manpower utilization and maintain continuity of operations.
Maintain accurate records of production processes, quality control measures, and equipment maintenance and ensure accuracy and compliance with standards and procedures.
Coordinate maintenance activities for manufacturing equipment and machinery.
Coordinate with the maintenance department for machine breakdowns or scheduled maintenance to minimize downtime.
Coordinate with the Quality department for maintaining Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the manufacturing environment.
Conduct safety training for production staff and enforce safety standards.
Train operators and helpers on production-related activities to enhance their skills and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Monitor the effectiveness of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and housekeeping in the respective area to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Drive innovation and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of manufacturing processes. Required Skill Set: Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management within a manufacturing environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
