Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CCTV / IT Camera Installer to join our technical team in Gurgaon. The role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining surveillance systems, ensuring smooth functioning, and providing technical support to clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and related IT hardware.
- Perform cabling, wiring, and setup of surveillance networks.
- Troubleshoot system errors and provide timely technical support.
- Conduct site surveys and recommend suitable camera placements.
- Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and company policies.
- Provide training to clients on system usage.
- Maintain accurate records of installations and service calls.

Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass / ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or IT (preferred).
- Prior experience in CCTV/IT hardware installation and support.
- Knowledge of networking (IP, LAN, Wi-Fi setup).
- Ability to work with tools, wiring, and cabling.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel for on-site installations within Gurgaon & NCR.

Experience Required
- 0-3 years of relevant experience (Freshers with technical knowledge can also apply).

Salary
- ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 per month + allowances (based on experience).
