Smt Operator

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Prefer at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Must have manual dexterity.
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to recognize problems in the operation process or with components and to highlight/communicate those problems to the team leader.
- SMT Pick & Place operating experience
- should have SMT operating Knowledge.
- Should have SMT process knowledge.
- Should have hands on working experience with SMT machines.
- Knowledge of SMT components is a must.
- Knowledge of SMT machine programming.
- Should be ready to work in all the shifts.
- Set up and operate automated SMT assembly equipment including Screen Printer, Glue Dispensing Machine, Pick and Place Machine, and Reflow Oven.
- Knowledge of IPC standards.
- Knowledge of SMT-Soldering faults.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reading and understanding documentation, drawing, bills of material, and processes and then translating this information into the product.
- Using computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to program, set up functions, enter data, and process information.
- Reading and understanding the different characteristics of solder paste.
- Loading or unloading materials into the SMT equipment.
- Responsible for accessing company procedures and navigating shop floor controls.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nashik, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
