The Admin assistant will act as a strategic partner to the MD, managing priorities, driving execution, and ensuring seamless coordination across departments. This role requires strong business acumen, decision-making ability, and excellent communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Executive Support & Coordination**:
- Manage MD’s calendar, meetings, travel, and communication.
- Prepare briefs, presentations, and reports before meetings.
- Handle confidential matters with discretion.
- **Business Operations**.
- Follow up with teams and ensure execution of MD’s decisions
- **Strategic Support**.
- Draft proposals, reports, and strategic notes for MD.
- Act as a sounding board for MD’s decisions.
- **Client & Stakeholder Interaction**:
- Represent the MD in meetings (internal/external) when required.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, partners
- **Team Management**:
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain accountability and follow-ups on behalf of MD.
Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
