**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced **Soft Skills Trainer** who can train engineering students in communication, personality development, leadership, and workplace readiness. The trainer will play a key role in enhancing the employability and professional growth of our students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct interactive training sessions on communication, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, group discussions, and interview techniques.
- Develop customized training modules for students across all engineering streams.
- Work closely with the Training & Placement Cell to prepare students for campus placements and industry interactions.
- Organize workshops and activities to build confidence, teamwork, and leadership qualities.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback for improvement.
- Maintain updated training materials and adopt innovative teaching methodologies.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Communication, Management, or related field.
- Certification in soft skills, corporate training, or personality development (preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a trainer in academic or corporate settings.
- Excellent command over spoken and written English.
- Strong presentation, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
