Key Responsibilities
- Maintain personal file of each PhD scholar carrying all documents from admission till the award of PhD degree as per UGC PhD regulations.
(At present, there are no such office records, so the person will have to closely work with the PhD scholars and their advisors to create and maintain such records)
- Arranging all official meetings of PhD admission interviews, Comprehensive examination etc.
- Providing and collecting all essential official proformas duly filled/signed by PhD scholars and their supervisors time to time as per PhD regulations.
- Coordinating with all PhD scholars and advisors for PhD course work, timely submission of course grades and end semester progress reports.
- Processing international fellowship requests of PhD scholars as per PhD regulations.
- Verifying and processing reimbursement and other procurement requests of PhD scholars as per PDA regulations.
- Efficiently working for outreach activities and coordinating with other offices at Plaksha.
