**Job Name**: CSSD Technician

**Salary**: As per Market Standard

**Qualification**:

- Diploma or certification in CSSD/Sterile Processing (e.g., CRCST, CBSPD, IAHCSMM) preferred
- Prior experience in CSSD or sterile processing environments is a plus
- Strong knowledge of sterilization techniques, infection control, and safety protocols.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean, disinfect, and sterilize surgical instruments using manual and automated methods.
- Inspect and assemble instrument trays per surgical requirements.
- Package and label instruments for sterilization and storage.
- Operate sterilization equipment (e.g., Autoclave, ETO, Plasma).
- Distribute sterile items to departments following FIFO protocols.
- Maintain accurate sterilization records and ensure instrument traceability.
- Follow infection control practices and report any equipment or safety issues.
