1)Rector Responsibilities

(Male/female)

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the student hostel, ensuring a safe and conducive living environment.

Maintain order and discipline within the hostel by implementing rules and regulations, addressing student concerns, and promoting responsible behavior.

Allocate rooms to students as per guidelines and manage room changes as needed.

Monitor student attendance and well-being, providing support and guidance when necessary.

Coordinate with other departments (security, maintenance, catering) to ensure smooth functioning of hostel facilities.

Conduct regular inspections of the hostel premises to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Organize and facilitate student events and activities within the hostel.

Address student grievances and resolve conflicts in a timely and appropriate manner.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student accommodation and hostel operations.

2) Canteen Incharge:

- Organize and oversee day-to-day operations of the canteen
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure availability of food and drinks
- Maintain inventory of food and beverage supplies
- Manage and train canteen staff
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Develop menus and specials for the canteen
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and drinks
